Food Safety
Meals Partnership Coalition takes food safety very seriously. King County Non-profit meal providers serve millions of free meals each year, and most of those meals are served to vulnerable community members with compromised auto-immune systems. Any form of food borne illness can be lethal to vulnerable community members. To address this issue MPC provides: food worker card training classes for non-profit meal providers, environmental health self-inspection trainings, and specialized individual food safety support resources.
