MPC provides critical food system support including:
Bulk and local food sourcing
Food storage: dry, cold and frozen

Membership Eligibility
MEMBERSHIP IS FREE
Participation in MPC sponsored activities is never restricted based on ability to pay.
MEALS WITHOUT BARRIERS
MPC members strive to provide low barrier nutrition to everyone in need. While some MPC members tailor their meals to meet specific community needs, MPC members do not limit their services on the basis of identity, income, citizenship status, employment or other status.
SERVING MEALS
MPC is open to any program in Washington State serving meals in their community.
NON-PROFIT AND COMMUNITY-BASED ORGANIZATIONS
MPC members do not need to be registered non-profits. Coalition participation is open to mutual aid and community-based organizations.
GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS
Most MPC members are based in or serve meals in the City of Seattle. MPC is open to any program in Washington. Some services may be restricted to Seattle/King County depending on funding requirements.
PARTICIPATION
Members are encouraged to join monthly MPC meetings and participate in one subcommittee or ad-hoc working group each year.
